T.B. is a 37 year old man with chronic low back pain radiating into both legs. He works as a personal trainer and likes to race cars, hike, mountain bike and run. He has been unable to enjoy his hobbies due to his pain. After failing extensive non-operative treatment including physical therapy we decided to proceed with artificial disc replacement.
